CP Hart sells beautiful bathroom fittings. The company's success is partly due to a strong belief in high levels of service, and nurturing their staff. We created this staff guide on dress codes and attitudes, which is now given to all employees. We reflected the CP Hart brand with sharp, clean design and contemporary colours. For the photo shoot, we used real members of staff rather than models and used a pocket-sized format, all creating a relaxed and approachable feel. We commissioned the copy which strongly reflected the company's service ethos and mission, while clearly putting across simple guidelines on what to wear and how to approach customers.
