The Who Cares? Trust and the Department for Education and Skills got together to produce a booklet for children in care, explaining how to make a complaint and find an advocate. We produced a CD sized booklet to attract children with its familiar size and shape. We used photos of children and lots of colour. The copy was clear and easy to read.
